We come to your home or workplace in Summerville, North Charleston, and nearby areas. You select a package, choose an available time, and we confirm your appointment. We bring professional equipment and products.
Normally no, most of the time we bring our own water to work, but it never hurts to have access to your water supply in case the service requires a little more. As for electricity, we bring our own power, however, for us, a direct connection to an electrical outlet is better to reduce pollution, both in carbon emissions and noise. Even so, if you don't have either of these, please let us know in the notes section so we can be prepared.
Most appointments are reserved as a 4-hour service block. Time varies depending on vehicle size and condition (pets, stains, heavy dirt, etc.). We focus on quality — not rushing.
We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance. If you need urgent service and there’s availability, we may offer an Emergency Service Fee. Availability is limited for same-day requests.
Interior focuses on vacuum, wipe-down, shampoo/steam options, and uv protection. Exterior focuses on wash, decontamination, gloss enhancement, and protection. Full Detail combines both for a complete reset.
We aim for the best possible correction, but results depend on the material and severity. Some stains (ink/dye) and some scratches that are too deep may not fully remove. We’ll always set honest expectations and prioritize safe methods.
We accept Cash, Zelle, and PayPal. If you have a preferred option, choose it in the booking form and we’ll confirm details.
For heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule. Light weather may still be possible depending on the service and location. We always prioritize safe, high-quality results.
Yes, there are ceramic coating options that suit your vehicle and your needs. Durability varies depending on maintenance and environmental conditions. For this option, please note that a deposit($100) is required to secure your appointment, as the process takes more than 8 hours.
Please remove personal valuables and any important items. If possible, clear the trunk and seats to save time. If you have pets or heavy stains, mention it in the notes so we come prepared.
